Special Issue on Algebraic Methods in Dynamical Systems

The Guest Editors for this special issue are

Teresa Crespo (Universitat de Barcelona, Spain)
Andrzej Maciejewski (Zielona Góra University, Poland)
Juan J. Morales-Ruiz (Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Spain)
Emmanuel Paul (Université Paul Sabatier, France)
Alexei Tsygvintsev (l'Ecole Normale Supérieure de Lyon, France)

Topics for this special issue will include:

  • differential and difference Galois theory;
  • integrability of dynamical systems and PDE's;
  • integrability in quantum mechanics and spectral theory;
  • special functions;
  • Painlevé transcendents;
  • other topics related to differential Galois theory.

This issue is related to the International Conference on Algebraic Methods in Dynamical Systems which was held at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Spain in June 18–22, 2018.

Conference participants and others whose work is concerned with the above topics are invited to submit papers to the special issue. For this issue, both original research articles and review papers are welcome.

How to Submit an Article to the Issue.

There are no paper length limits to the submitted works. Deadline for the submission is January 31, 2019.

All articles will go through the standard peer reviewing procedure of SIGMA.
