      Proceedings of the Conference

       The organizers intend to publish the Proceedings of the Conference in the journal Theory of Stochastic Processes (http://tsp.imath.kiev.ua/).

       All papers submitted for publication will be peer-reviewed and, after publication, refereed at the central Reviews Databases including Mathematical Reviews and Zentralblatt.

       The approximate deadline for paper submission is three months after the Conference is finished.
