Symmetry, Integrability and Geometry: Methods and Applications (SIGMA)

Special Issue on Global Analysis on Manifolds in honor of Christian Bär for his 60th birthday

The Guest Editors for this special issue are

Bernd Ammann (Universität Regensburg, Germany)
Lashi Bandara (Brunel University London, UK)
Sebastian Goette (University of Freiburg, Germany)
Klaus Kröncke (KTH Stockholm, Sweden)

This special issue complements the conference Global Analysis on Manifolds in honor of Professor Christian Bär in Freiburg Germany, 19–23 September 2022.

We welcome contributions related to Christian Bär's research expertise. Topics include:

  • Dirac operators and index theory;
  • positive scalar curvature;
  • Lorentzian geometry, inclunding wave equations and quantum field theory;
  • pseudo-differential operators and microlocal analysis.

The participants of the conference, and other researchers whose work is directly concerned with the above topics, are invited to submit papers to the special issue. We want to emphasise that all papers in this special issue should be original, although exceptional survey papers will be considered.

There is no limit to the length of an article. Deadline for paper submission is May 31, 2023.

How to Submit an Article to the Issue.

All articles will go through the standard peer reviewing procedure of SIGMA.
