About the Conference schedule

The conference will be held online via a single Zoom meeting link (see in the schedule). The main conference room will be used for the Opening Ceremony, Closing Ceremony, and general announcements. During sectional sessions, participants will be able to join dedicated breakout rooms corresponding to the conference subsections. The conference schedule includes the name of the breakout room assigned to each subsection. Participants are kindly asked to check the schedule in advance and join the appropriate room for their session. Please note that all breakout rooms will be available within the same Zoom meeting, and no additional links will be required.

Instructions for using ZOOM rooms

All participant will have the opportunity to present their work as a short talk (~20 minutes) with additional ~5 minutes for discussion and questions.
