Integrable equations for nonlinear Alfven waves propagation

Abstract:
We have performed the analysis and obtained explicit expressions for one- and two-phase periodic solutions of DNLS-equation. They were used to describe the propagation of nonlinear Alfven waves in cold plasmas. We proposed the new equation for the waves in non-homogeneous magnetic field, which propagate with conservation of the magnetic field energy density.
