Dear Mokhtar, 

Thank you very much for your emessage. 

I'll inform Anatoliy Samoilenko immediately about it. 

Unfortunately, I have not possibility to prepare a full answer to all
questions put in the letter from Brussel, since tomorrow I'll fly to Italy
for a month. 

Voktor Tkachenko is also absent in Kyiv now. OI hope that he 'll back in a
week. I suppose that namely Viktor Tkachenko will answer to all questions
under consideration.

P.S. My wife were for two months in Paris. She liked Paris very much and
told to me about your city a lot of interesting facts. 

P.S. We (I and my post-graduated student) studied nonlinear differential
equations with impulses at nonfixed moments of time (in development of my
paper from Ukr. Math. J. of 1997). (See Ukr. Math. J. 1998, v.51, no.6.)

I keep in my mind to send to you a copy of this paper in English. 
I hope that it will be interesting for you.

has informed us that due to personal circumstances, the administration of
this project has been delayed.
