Dear Anatolij Mikhailovich,
I received the information from N.R.Sidenko about the me-
eting of the Committee on State Prizes at 26.20.Unfortuna-
tely I will be not able to take part in this meeting beca-
use I promissed to take part in the Conference in Besanson 
from 27.10 to29.10 in honour of Professor Ph.Benilan where
I must to give the plenary lecture.
   Which information have you about this meeting and which
is your opinion with respect   to  our acts connected with 
this meeting?
