To speed up publication, however, submission of <a href=http://www.latex-project.org/>LaTeX</a> manuscripts is recommended (see <a href=#electronic>below</a>). <a name=electronic> <h3>Electronic manuscripts</h3> <p>The <a href=http://www.latex-project.org/>LaTeX</a> manuscripts should be sent to our <a href=contacts.php?lang=<?echo $lang;?>>contact adress</a>.
