<p><b>Abstract:</b>
<br>A simple method of  D-unital transformations construction is 
demonstrated on the basis of the Darboux general binary transformations. 
This allows proving the general Darboux theorems for the DHk-cmKP hierarchy 
using analogous results for the k-cKP hierarchy.
