There is a problem with signatures when those who can sign travel. He also mentionned to me that INTAS can give an extra grant for the conference if we can have 5 participants from other projects. I will call him in ten days and hope that before the end of this year you will receive your grants. Concerning the bad financial situation you are facing, I would like to tell you that our university has a convention with the university of Kyiv. I would like to extend it to the department of that university and to your department too. Can Prof. A.M.Samoilenko discuss this matter the vice-rector of the university of Kyiv.
