In this directory, you find my modifications to the official ojs 3.1.0 tarball which make author/user names multilingual. Also, the script is included to migrate database fields for author/user names which shold be placed int the ojs/tools directory. The script does not modify the original users and authors tables, it just copies the needed values into the corresponding *_setting table with site default or journal default locale. Feel free to incorporate these into your projects.
