For example, if your preference is to offer Nonlinear Oscillations as a supplement to Ukrainian Mathematical Journal, then this could certainly be a possibility. It is just that my preference would be to treat it as an independent international journal. I am hoping to visit Kyiv again soon and will be pleased to discuss it with you further, but meanwhile I will be pleased to receive your views on the matter.
