In the monograph the method of generalized moment representations proposed by V.K.Dzyadyk in 1981 and its applications to construction and investigation of rational Pade approximants of analytic and special functions is presented. Special attention is given to studying of the properties of bi-orthogonal systems of functions. Application of the method of generalized moment representations to construction and investigation of simultaneous Pade approximants, Pade-Chebyshev approximants and two-point Pade approximants is considered as well.
