FRACTALS AND MODERN MATHEMATICS CONFERENCE
dedicated to 50-year anniversary
of Professor M. V. Pratsiovytyi

Doctor of Science, Professor Mykola Viktorovych Pratsiovytyi is a
director of Physics and Mathematics Institute of Drahomanov National
Pedagogical University, chief of Department of Fractal Analysis of
Institute of Mathematics of the NAS of Ukraine and Drahomanov National
Pedagogical University. His papers on fractal analysis, fractal
geometry, probability theory et al. are widely known in the world. He
will celebrate his 50-year anniversary on 18th December 2009.

On 24th December 2009 in Kyiv (Ukraine), Department of Higher
Mathematics of Drahomanov National Pedagogical University and
Department of Fractal Analysis will organize the conference dedicated
to 50-year anniversary of Professor M. V. Pratsiovytyi. We suppose
that colleagues and friends of Mykola Viktorovych will gather to
congratulate him and discuss important problems of modern mathematics.

Conference themes:
- fractal analysis and fractal geometry,
- probability theory and mathematical statistics,
- number theory,
- functional analysis,
- differential equations and dynamical systems,
- mathematical physics,
- theory of complex systems,
- algebra.
