Invariants for a set of antisymmetric tensors and differential invariants for vector functions

We describe an algorithm for construction of a functional basis of invariants under the rotation group for a set of rank 2 antisymmetric tensors of arbitrary dimension.

That allows constructing of functional bases of differential invariants for vector functions, in particular, of first-order invariants of Poincaré algebra (invariance algebra of Maxwell equations for vector potential).
