Equivalence groupoids of classes of evolution equations

Abstract:
We study transformational properties of several classes of (1+1)-dimensional evolution equations. For the general class of the second-order evolution equations we construct the chain of its nested normalized subclasses. The application of equivalence groupoids for solving group classification problems is discussed.
