Dynamical stabilization of spin 1/2 in time-dependent magnetic field

The problem of dynamical stabilization of quantum system implies its fixation in the non-stable state under action of specially chosen external fields. We present the solution for the case of simple two-level system - isolated spin 1/2 in time-dependent magnetic field.
