**Quantum logic dequantification: information gap**

**Abstract:**

An attempt to ascertain reasons of the quantum logic effectivity was
made. To do this, elementary quantum logic operations were reduced
to the classical ones when taking the semi-classical limit
*h* → 0; it was done with the help of the projector operator
representation of quantum logic. Basing on it, the estimation of the
amount of information lost during the logic reduction was made, thus
shedding some light on the loss of computational effectivity of any
dequantified quantum algorithm and the gap problem in quantum
computing.
