WKB approximation in noncommutative gravity

Abstract:
A noncommutative geometry is studied in the quasi-classical, linear field approximation. The commutation relations of the structure algebra reduce then to a Poisson structure which can be considered as a effective field and as such contributes to the Einstein field equations. Properties of the linearized waves are studied in this approximation.
