Sushko Iryna Mykhailivna

Education

She graduated from Faculty of Cybernetics, Kyiv State Taras Shevchenko University, speciality "Applied Mathematics" (1989).

    Dissertations

Candidate of Sciences (Ph.D.) (1993). Thesis title: "Stability and bifurcation of solutions for a family of difference equations with two deviations of argument".

      Research interests

Scientific research is related to the theory of nonlinear dynamical systems, namely: the bifurcation structures in parametric spaces of families of low-dimensional nonlinear piecewise-smooth mappings (continuous and discontinuous); regular and chaotic attractors and their domains of attraction; synchronization of periodic, quasi-periodic and chaotic processes, and so on. Considerable attention is paid to the applications in economics and finance.

        Experience

Since 1993 she works at the Institute of Mathematics of NAS of Ukraine. Since 2002 she holds the position of Senior Scientific Researcher.
