Symmetries and supersymmetries in trapped ion Hamiltonian models

Abstract:
We present the implementation of a vibronic coupling in the context of trapped ions, and its diagonalization. The specific spin-boson-like Hamiltonian model is studied exploiting the knowledge of its symmetries and supersymmetries. Applications are briefly reported.
