of the Conference will be published in the journal "Theory of Stochastic
Processes". The deadline for the submission is November 1, 2007, the publication
is free of charge. All submitted papers will be reviewed before the publication.
The papers should be submitted in the electronic form to the address skor_space@imath.kiev.ua
as an AMS-TEX file (see the template).
