Travel and Accommodation Participants should make their own travel arrangements to Lviv. On arrival in Lviv by plane you can reach to the university by a 95 bus (1.5 UAH) or a 9 trolleybus (1 UAH) or taxi (15 UAH for a call and 3 UAH/ km ). On arrival in Lviv by train you can reach to the university by a 66 bus (1.5 UAH) or a 1 or a 6 tram (1 UAH) or taxi (15 UAH for a call and 3 UAH/ km ). Arrival and registration day is June 14 and departure day is June 20.
Registration will take place in the building of Ivan Franko National University (Universytetska str., 1) on June,14 from 10.00 till 19.00.
All participants will be accommodated up to their choice in nearby hotels of various categories. We would appreciate if you make your choice of accommodation and inform us about your choice by email before May, 1. We will make arrangements with the hotels and inform you about their booking requirements (some hotels will want booking to be confirmed by fax with credit card information included). You may book rooms in some hotels yourself by fax/email/internet. In this case we ask you to inform us about the booking. Below you can find the list of proposed hotels and their prices per night. They may be changed in June to some extent. Prices are given in Ukrainian Hryvnias (1 USD = 7,6 UAH; 1 EURO = 10,5 UAH). Please take into account that actual prices and payments in Ukraine are in hryvnyas, exchange rate of which to dollar or euro may change both ways.
