All contributions to the journal should be in English. They should be sent in two copies which are printed out only on one side of a sheet with double spaces. Papers by the same author will not be published in the same issue. Manuscripts are accepted for review with the understanding that the same work is not and will not be under consideration for publication elsewhere, and that its submission for publication has been approved by all of the coauthors.
