Type of contributions
The journal Methods of Functional Analysis and
Topology accepts original peer reviewed articles and surveys on
general methods and techniques of the functional analysis and topology
with special emphasis on applications in modern mathematical
physics. All contributions to the journal should be in English. They
should be sent in two copies which are printed out only on one side of
a sheet with double spaces. Papers by the same author will not be
published in the same issue. Manuscripts are accepted for review with
the understanding that the same work is not and will not be under
consideration for publication elsewhere, and that its submission for
publication has been approved by all of the coauthors.

Every submitted paper will be acknowledged and refereed.
Instructions to authors
All contributions should contain a separate
sheet with the article title, author and coauthor names, and complete
affiliation(s) (name of institution, city, state) as well as a phone
and fax number and e-mail address for all coauthors. Please also
indicate a proposed running head of less than 40 symbols, the AMS
(2000) Subject Classifications, and the name of the author to whom all
the correspondences should be sent. The date of reception of a paper
is one of its arriving to the above mentioned address. Abstracts
should not contain more than 300 words long. Each page of the manuscript
should be numbered at the top.
Disks
To assure a prompt dissemination, the production of Methods of
Functional Analysis and Topology is mainly based on the files provided by
the author. Files should be typeset by using the LaTeX2e
formatting package and a special
style mfatshort.cls. An example can be
found in mfat.tex.
Invited papers may be typeset in a free format. The shape produced by
the MFAT style is presented in details in any paper printed out in
this issue.
Galley proofs
The authors should be aware that in signing their
manuscript they also approve its publication without changes after it
has been sent for composition. Normally galley proofs will not be sent
to the authors.

Copyright
Authors submitting a manuscript do so on the understanding
that if it is accepted for publication, copyright in the article,
including the right to reproduce the article in all forms and media,
shall be assigned exclusively to the Publisher. The Publisher will not
refuse any reasonable request by the author for permission to
reproduce any of his or her contributions to the journal.
