The registration of participants will be held on 7 August at 9.00-19.00 and on 8 August at 9.00-9.30 in the Institute of Mathematics (IM) (the interactive map of Kiev is available at http://www.isgeo.kiev.ua; type "Tereshchenkivs'ka" instead of "Tereshchenkivska" at the streets window on searching of the IM area at this map). Please inform us about your itinerary including the time of arrival and departure, flights or trains and so on.

REGISTRATION FEE has to be paid at the spot:

for (UA) - equivalent of $ 5 in UAH (Ukrainian Hrivnas);

for (NIS) - $ 10;

for (OC) - $ 50.

Exchange rates are expected to be about 6 UAH for $ 1.

ACCOMMODATION:

Hotel "Cooperator" (it has applied for a three stars category) is located at a distance of 1 km from the Institute of Mathematics (IM) and has parking. At the moment prices per night are specified with respect to the categories:

a single room: $ 60 for (OC);

a bed in a double room - about 60% of the mentioned price.

Breakfast is included.

Single room and a bed in a double room are available also in other hotels approximately for the following prices per night (breakfast is included):

Prices in hotels for (NIS) and (UA) are lower and will be specified on your request. We propose also dormitories in some university campus, in which at the moment the price of a bed per night in a double or a triple room with shower is below: $ 2 for (UA), $ 4 for (NIS), and $ 10 for (OC). More details will be given later on. Breakfast is not included, but is available for a separate payment. Since the number of rooms in the campus is limited, make reservation as soon as possible.

The filled registration form containing the title of the communication should be submitted at the e-address

captconf@imath.kiev.ua

by 31 May 2001.

The 1-page abstract in LaTeX must be submitted by 15 June 2001 at the same e-address.

The Program and the Abstracts will be published by the start of the Conference.

Unfortunately, the Organizing Committee cannot offer any financial support.

 Further details will be given in the Second Announcements and at our Web-page
