The Department of Mathematical Physics
(former Department of Applied Research)
We are a scientific department at the Institute
of Mathematics of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
The basic interests of our research group are

various methods of construction of exact solutions to partial differential
equations, including Lie, higher and non-classical symmetries, super- and
parasupersymmetries, Backlund transformations, etc.

exactly and quasiexactly solvable models in quantum mechanics
-
symmetry reduction of partial differential equations
-
representations of Lie algebras
-
interplay between symmetries and integrability
-
mathematical problems of statistical mechanics and quantum field theory, infinite-dimensional analysis, stochastic dynamics
-
equilibrium quantum and stochastic particle systems, oscillators, flat rotators and spins
-
singular perturbations, dynamical systems with conflict interaction.
