Subgroups of the extended Poincar\'e group and new exact solutions of the Maxwell equations

Abstract:

Using three-parameter subgroups of the extended Poincar\'e group $\tilde P(1,3)$ we have constructed the ansatzes reducing  the Maxwell equations to systems of ordinary differential equations. This enables constructing a number of new exact solutions of the Maxwell equations.
