Darbu-Backlund transformation and nonlocal reductions in integrable hierarchy

Abstract
Darbu-Backlund - like transformation for Lax-type equations with nonlocal constraints in (1+1) and (2+1)- dimentions is found. Applications for integrable systems are demonstrated.
