Curriculum

Anna Vasylenko was born in Kyiv region, Ukraine.

In 1998  

she received Master Degree in Mathematics from the National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv and Master Degree in Radioecology from the Ukrainian Radiologic Centre, Kyiv, Ukraine.

   

During three months she had been working in the Chernobyl Scientific Technical Centre for International Researches.

 

In 1999  

Anna started her Ph.D course in the Institute of Mathematics, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv, under supervision of Dr. Yuri Maistrenko.

 

In 2000  

she obtained a scholarship from Enterprise Ireland in order to pursue a Masters Degree programme under supervision of Dr. Orla Feely in the National University of Ireland.

 

In 2001  

Anna received Master Degree in Electronic Engineering from the University College Dublin.

She spent two months in the Institute for Chemistry and Biology of the Marine Environment, Carl von Ossietzky University, Oldenburg, Germany, collaborating with Prof. Ulrike Feudel.

Anna received a one-year fellowship from the Swiss Confederation. During three months she attended intensive courses of French in the Fribourg University, Switzerland, and she joined the Laboratory of Nonlinear Systems at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne as a visiting researcher.

 

Anna spent two months in the Technical University of Denmark, Lyngby, Denmark, as a visiting researcher, collaborating with Prof. Erik Mosekilde.
